Founder & CEO
Randy, has almost 40 years of experience in Aquatic Construction. Aqua Design Systems, Inc. was formed in 1985 and has come to be known as a premier aquatic systems construction company all over the United States. With Randy at the helm, Aqua Design Systems has focused on delivering high quality, upscale splash pads, pools, fountains and other water features to its customers.
Lead Project Manager
Jason earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University. He has more than 15 years of experience in commercial construction. As project manager of multi-million-dollar construction projects, Jason understands the need for excellent communication, scheduling, and fierce focus on job cost management. He manages his projects in a proactive manner, focusing his team’s effort on identifying problems early and implementing solutions before they become troublesome. In 2016, he obtained his Georgia General Contractors license in commercial un-restricted and is the current license holder for the company for the state of Georgia.
Jared earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with a Business Minor from Southern Polytechnic State University in 2013. He completed his internship with Aqua Design Systems during the final year of his education, becoming a full-time team member upon his graduation. Jared oversees several of ADS major projects, and works closely with Jason Pruitt, insuring that projects are finished in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Casey graduated with bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University in May 2015. Under the leadership of his dad, Casey has become very knowledgeable in the aquatic construction industry. Casey started in the field digging pools when he was little and has worked his way up to project manager. Casey enjoys spending time at home with his wife and 2 kids, riding side by sides, fishing, and fixing up trucks.
Charles has been a member of the Aqua Design Systems' team for over 19 years. He has worked as a project foreman, estimator, project manager and facilities manager. Since taking the role of Lead Estimator, Charles has lead the initiative to build and customize an estimating tool set including both plan and specification take off tools, estimate consolidation tools to compare competitive quotes and proposal input from our vendors and subs, and finally a first class proposal generation tool standardizing the companies proposal format.
Center of Excellence (COE)
Loren has over 30 years of office management experience, to include marketing, media, and sales. Having worked in Europe and the United States for several different organizations, to include oil companies, non-profit, and governmental agencies, Loren's responsibilities include handling company crisis management, managing and overviewing the data systems, modalities, and functionalities of the company and its employees as well has handling proposals, sales and marketing, and interim HR.
Hobbs Fountains- Business Analyst
Betsy started with Hobbs Fountains in June of 2019. Betsy has worked in the aquatic industry for over 6 years. In her free time, she enjoys watching her grandchildren, swimming, and gardening.
