900 Church Street - Alcove
Nashville, TN

Constructed 2 elevated pools on the 34th floor - these 2 pools were Bradford and all tile. The larger pool is a stainless steel gutter pool with tile. The smaller pool is a Bradford stainless steel pool with an acrylic floor that cantilevers over the edge of the building on the 34th floor. This smaller pool also has tile on the walls and floor up to the acrylic panel. Completed 2023


Albion in the Gulch
Nashville, TN

Features a 20th level elevated stainless-steel swimming pool of 510sf. The raised portion of exterior of pool walls and steps are tiled using same tile as interior of pool. The pool is a Lazy L shape with (2) overflow shelves, (1) set of ingress/egress stairs, (2) underwater benches and (1) tanning ledge and (2) spill over edges. Pool depths are 12” in the tanning ledge and 3’-6” at the main drains. Tanning ledge includes (2) LED bubblers. Pool is raised approximately 18” above the finished deck. Completed June 2023​

Phipps Plaza- Life Time Buckhead
Atlanta, GA

Leisure Pool: rectangle shape 1,638 sf, (2) sets of stairs, (1) underwater bench and (1) tanning ledge, (2) swim lanes and targets and (2) sets of recessed steps and grab rails. Pool includes 4”x12” safety grip brick coping. Pool is located on the 6th floor.

Lap Pool: rectangle shape 1,638 sf with (3) swim lanes and (6) targets. Pool includes (4) sets of recessed steps and grab rails. Pool includes competition equipment. Pool includes 4”x12” safety grip brick coping, located on the 6th floor.

Indoor Men’s Spa: rectangle shape 126 sf, (1) set of stairs and underwater bench. Spa has (10) hydrotherapy jets.

Indoor Women’s Spa: modified square shape 126 sf. (1) set of stairs and underwater bench. Spa has (10) hydrotherapy jets.

Whistler
Atlanta, GA

24th floor - 574 sf elevated swimming pool & 75sf elevated spa of approximate. Equipment one level below structural box.

Pool includes an acrylic wall with water spilling over into a trough. Pool includes one underwater bench, one tanning ledge and one set of egress/ingress stairs as shown.

Spa includes acrylic walls and will hangover the side of the building. Spa will include one underwater bench and a transfer rail. Completed July 2023

903 Peachtree Street

Features an elevated stainless-steel swimming pool of approximately 600 square feet and one elevated stainless-steel spa of 76 square feet on Level 31. Completed October 2022.

Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta

Features a 5th floor elevated pool overlooking the Braves Stadium sitting inside the pool! Completed December 2017.

Liberty Sky Tower

Liberty Sky Tower features an elevated heated swimming pool and spa with a 360-bench. Completed January 2022.

788 West Marietta
Atlanta, GA

788 West Marietta is a condominium complex with the pool and spa located on the 6th floor.  The pool includes one tanning ledge, one set of egress/ingress stairs and one underwater bench. The spa includes a 360-degree underwater bench, 10 therapy jets and one set of egress/ingress stairs. Completed 2020.

Sandestin Hotel and Conference Center

Features an elevated 1085sf stainless steel pool on the 10th level Roof Terrace. Completed July 2020.

Kenect Nashville 
Nashville, TN

Kenect Nashville features a 1644 sf elevated pool located on the 7th level with equipment room on the 6th level. Completed March 2019.

Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End
Nashville, TN

Element Nashville Vanderbilt features a 400 sq ft. elevated pool located on the 2nd floor with a 20’ infinity edge wall.  Pool equipment room is located one level below pool structural box.

Star Metals District elevated pool features 2 tanning ledges. 

Thompson Hotel Buckhead

Thompson Hotel features an elevated swimming pool of approximately 420 square feet. Completed November 2021.

320 West Magnolia - Auburn Student Housing
Auburn, AL

Features a 1450sf elevated pool with 2 ingress/egress set of stairs, an underwater bench and 2 tanning ledges. Includes 2 spray jets in the large tanning ledge and 1 spray jet for the smaller tanning ledge.

The Joseph
Nashville, TN

Located on the 20th floor. Features a Myrtha Liner Pool installed with double safety Evolution Membrane System, all tile interior finish. Completed July 2020

Features one rectangle shape elevated swimming pool of 1,164 square feet, with two sets of ingress/egress stairs, and three tanning ledges. Pool is located in the courtyard.
