Fast track construction; overcoming a 2-month delay due to massive rock that had to be excavated by GC (extended work shifts around the clock to come in on time and still came in on budget). ADS managed all construction aspects of pools, pool mechanical systems. Two indoor competition pools – one 50 meter and one 25 meter. 7859sf outdoor pool with play features. Outdoor 8ft wide lazy river and 2 slides. Consists of over 20,000sf of water and over 10,000sf of decking. Features a Neptune Benson Regenerative Filtration System.
