3. SMS and Mobile Information

Aqua Design Systems may provide SMS/text messaging capability to facilitate ordinary business communications.

Individuals may initiate SMS communications by sending a text message to an SMS-enabled Aqua Design Systems telephone number. We may use the sender's telephone number and the contents of the communication to respond to the inquiry and conduct related business communications.

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the communication and the recipient's interaction with Aqua Design Systems. Message and data rates may apply.

Aqua Design Systems does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in or consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors or service providers in support of services, such as customer service and communications infrastructure, is permitted when reasonably necessary to provide those services. SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties for
unrelated marketing purposes.

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP. Where supported, recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

4. Sharing of Information

Aqua Design Systems does not sell personal information in the ordinary course of its business.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
