The pool itself has been fantastic! The actual operation of the pool has been flawless. The follow-up assistance from Aqua Design Systems with advice, training and support has been great... especially during our first season of operation when we needed it most. We are now entering our 3 summer of operation and Shades Valley has grown by nearly 40% since the overall project ended. The entire project here at the "Y" was nearly $7 million but building a new outdoor pool that was family and kid friendly has had the greatest impact on this YMCA and our community. "Aqua Design Systems recently completed the Columbus Aquatics Center with Brasfield & Gorrie in Columbus, GA. The project consisted of a 50 meter competition pool as well as a 25 yard warm up pool.

The project was awarded to Aqua Designs based on their competitive bid and also their reputation for quality work in the past with Brasfield & Gorrie. During the preconstruction process, Aqua Designs was helpful in providing cost saving options to the project team which brought value to the project while at the same time bringing the cost to the Owner down.
Once construction of the facility began they worked closely with the pool consultant to ensure that the project was built to the exact specifications required for such a facility. They effectively communicated with the project team throughout the project and met the accelerated schedule required to turn over the building to the Owner on time.
Upon completion of the project, they have been helpful in training the building operators and ensuring that the facility is operating correctly. I would highly recommend them for projects with a similar scope based on their performance on my project. "

"I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Design Systems (ADS) as the Club's representative during the removal and replacement of our both our competition and leisure pools. To say that we are pleased with the final product would be a substantial understatement. These pools have completely transformed our facility for our membership. ADS worked with us all along the way to ensure an exceptional product was delivered prior to our grand opening date, that by the way, was advertised to the membership prior to the start of construction. Amazingly, this $984,476 contract was completed in just 3 months, which was thought to be impossible by many at the club.
In addition to their quality and schedule adherence, the coordination with the State Department of Health and Environmental Control was managed to perfection. We passed every inspection the first time and were never in jeopardy of not being able to open the pool.

I believe your company is technically qualified to handle any pool project for which you otherwise qualify. I have found your firm to be capable in the field, thorough in your paperwork, on schedule, and reasonable and honest in your billing and payments. You have frequently gone that extra mile for the benefit of our clients. Two significant projects of ours which you recently completed include:
City of Columbus Natatorium: Top of the line indoor competition venue with 2 pools. One is a 50-meter by 25-yd with diving well. The other is a 6-lane warm-down pool with ramp. The mechanical systems included Defender regenerative media filters, UV, and automated chemical feed controls and feeders for Bleach and CO2.
City of Cartersville: Total renovation of an outdoor 50-meter pool that included conversion of the pool to a 7-lane, 25-yd course, a slide plunge area, and a large zero-depth entry play area with many spray features (many of which were successfully custom fabricated). Your team was very creative in finding ways to get much more project for the available funds than was thought possible.
